Easy Returns & Exchange

 

At Charles Pearson, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather jackets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange process under the terms outlined below. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the following Return & Exchange Policy.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

        ☆ The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

        ☆ The item must be in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition.

        ☆ All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.

        ☆ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that are returned soiled, worn, damaged, or without original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

        ☆ Items marked as Final Sale

        ☆ Custom-sized or personalized jackets

        ☆ Items damaged due to customer mishandling

        ☆ Returns requested after the 14-day window

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To request a return or exchange:

        ☆ Contact our support team at  help@charlespearson.com with your order number and reason for return.

        ☆ Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) code.

        ☆ Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the instructions. Do not send any items back without prior authorization.

Returns sent without authorization or outside of our policy terms may not be accepted or refunded.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

        ☆ United States: Return shipping is complimentary if the return is approved and meets our policy criteria.

        ☆ International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and any applicable taxes.

        ☆ We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Charles Pearson is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

 

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected:

        ☆ You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

        ☆ If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

        ☆ Original shipping charges (for international orders) are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Process:

        ☆ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

        ☆ If the desired replacement item is not available, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

        ☆ Exchange items must meet the same return eligibility requirements as listed above.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is refused by the customer or undeliverable due to incorrect address details:

        ☆ The item may be treated as lost, damaged, or destroyed by the carrier.

        ☆ No refunds or exchanges will be granted in such cases.

        ☆ If the item is returned to us, customers must pay for reshipping fees to receive the product again.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item:

        ☆ Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

        ☆ We will work with you to resolve the matter via replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.

Note: Damage to external packaging (e.g., shipping box) that does not affect the jacket inside is not considered valid for return or replacement.

 

Final Decision Rights:

Charles Pearson reserves the right to:

        ☆ Deny any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions

        ☆ Refuse service to customers who abuse the return process

        ☆ Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice
