We offer shipping to the following countries; Shipping availability to other regions may vary and is subject to confirmation upon checkout.

Shipping Charges:

        ☆ United States: Complimentary free shipping on all orders.

        International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated in real time at checkout based on the rates provided by the selected carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx).

 

Dispatch & Processing Times:

        ☆ Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

        ☆ Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local warehouse time.

        ☆ Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Address Accuracy & Reshipment:

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If a parcel is returned to us due to: Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the cost of reshipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Confirmation:

Upon successful placement of an order, an email confirmation will be sent. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility or warehouse, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming purchase.

 

Combined Shipments:

If multiple orders are placed by the same customer, they may be consolidated into a single shipment for logistical efficiency. All items will be packed with utmost care to prevent any damage during transit.

 

Damaged Packaging Policy:

In rare cases, the outer shipping box may arrive damaged, dented, or misshaped due to courier handling. If the leather jacket inside remains undamaged and in perfect condition, this does not qualify as a valid reason for return or exchange.

 

Refused Deliveries:

If a customer refuses to accept delivery and instructs the carrier to return the parcel, the parcel may be lost, destroyed, or untraceable, based on the carrier's return policies. Charles Pearson will not be liable for such returned packages and no refund or replacement will be issued in these cases. To ensure eligibility for a return, please accept the parcel and follow our official return instructions as outlined in our Return Policy.
